Vegan Fruit Bars Recipe

  • 3/4 c. gluten-free flour blend
  • 1 c. toasted quinoa flakes or gluten-free oats
  • 1/4 c. date sugar (non-compulsory)
  • 1/2 t. baking powder
  • 1 t. cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. maple syrup or agave fruit nectar
  • 1/4 c. oil of desire
  • 1 egg or flax gel (1 t. ground flaxseed with 1/4 c. water nooked except bubbles)
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 pears or apples, peeled and coarsely grated
  • 1/2 c. raisins, dehydrated cranberries
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. hulled pumpkin seeds, calmly toasted
  • 2-3 t sesame seeds


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Flippantly grease and line an 8×8″ baking pan w/parchment paper.
  3. Mix together flour blend, toasted quinoa flakes or oats, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon.
  4. Bound in maple syrup, oil, cooled flax gel or egg and vanilla.Add pears or apples, raisins, cranberries, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. Bound except nicely to mix.
  5. Unfold mixture into ready pan. Sprinkle sesame seeds over mixture.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or except completed. Wintry. Minimize into 12 bars. Retailer in an hermetic container within the refrigerator (or freeze for later).
