Vegan Brown Rice Soup

Substances:

  • * 4 Tablespoons tomato paste
  • * 6 cups Vegetable Broth
  • * 1 cup tomato diced
  • * 5 Cloves garlic minced
  • * 1 yellow onions
  • * 2 celery stalks
  • * 2 tablespoons Parsley
  • * 2 carrots
  • * 1 cup Collard greens
  • * 1 cup brown rice
  • * 1/2 cup Murky beans
  • * 1/2 cup inexperienced onion
  • * 1 teaspoon whole black peppercorns

Instructions:

  1. Water saute cloves of chopped garlic with chopped onion, celery, parsley and carrot except the onion is translucent.
  2. Add brown rice and cook, stirring, except fragrant, then add tomato paste
  3. Add vegetable inventory and new or canned tomatoes; elevate to a boil and simmer except the rice snug – round 25 minutes.
  4. Add a cup of chopped collard greens and cook except the greens are snug, actual a few minutes.
  5. Garnish with heated black beans, parsley, and inexperienced onion. Aid
