  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup Monk Fruit In The Uncooked
  • 1 egg, overwhelmed
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 can fruit cocktail, drained (in pure fruit juice)
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans


  1. Beat collectively egg, granulated sugar and vanilla. Traipse in fruit.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.
  3. Add dry combination into fruit combine. Traipse to coat fruit, add Monk Fruit in the Uncooked.
  4. Pour batter correct into a greased and floured 8×8-inch baking pan.
  5. Top with brown sugar and pecan devices.
  6. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes and an inserted enamel comes out smooth.
  7. Serve warmth with whipped cream or sit down back. Refrigerate cake as a lot as three days.
