    cups pork consomme

  • 14

    cup tomato paste

    teaspoon dry mustard

  • 1

    teaspoon brown sugar

  • 2

    tablespoons flour

  • 14

    cup frosty water


  • Warmth oil in a skillet. Add chops and brown frivolously on all sides. Add onions. Duvet pan and simmer on low warmth for 5 minutes.
  • Add salt and pepper, to fashion and proceed cooking, lined, over low warmth unless chops are cooked by, 10-15 minutes. Snatch away chops from pan.
  • To the onions within the pan, add the consomme, tomato paste, dry mustard, and brown sugar. Lift to a boil. Slice warmth and simmer 2 minutes.
  • Blen together flour and water. Pour into combination in pan, stirring, and proceed to prepare dinner unless thick. Place chops in gravy in pan and reheat.
