This delicious appetizer will please any customer. The hearty quail eggs topped with the salty green olives provide complex and appetizing flavors you don’t procure at the “moderate” cocktail secure together.

  • 8 toast aspects (or baguette sliced in 1/4 slither slices)
  • 8 teaspoons minced green olives
  • 4 onerous boiled quail eggs, sliced in half of
  • 4 miniature cherry tomatoes, sliced in half of
  • 8 avocados, sliced in 36 pieces every
  • 1 tablespoon miniature capers
  • 16 anchovies, julienned
  • 2 teaspoon aioli
  • 2 teaspoon further virgin olive oil
  • 8 leaves micro cilantro or fennel
  1. Toast the baguette slices on every aspect then unfold minced green olives on every sever. State the quail egg, tomato, and avocado on high. Then sprinkle the capers on high. State an anchovy share after which a dot of aïoli on high. Drizzle with olive oil and add the micro cilantro. Repeat for the closing toast aspects.
