  • 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 reduce Prosciutto ; thin
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tablespoon Horseradish ; grated
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1/4 cup leeks ; cut as rings (or shallots)
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary ; recent minced
  • 1/4 cup creme Fraiche
  • 2 tablespoons capers
