  • 1 Tall Pork Slash
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup contemporary Thyme

METHOD:

  1. Soften butter in a frying pan on a high warmth. As soon as butter is melted add pork slit and cook each and every side for 1 minute to brown it.
  2. Turn down warmth to medium and cook for 16 minutes, turning infrequently so each and every side is evenly cooked.
  3. For closing minute of cooking add within the Thyme and cook unless wilted
  4. Serve with broccoli and a wedge of lemon.
