Vegan KFC Coleslaw

Effectively, until I used to be in high college, when our minute metropolis “lastly” received a Dunkin’ Donuts and a McDonalds (an fascinating uncover about would’ve been how the metropolis’s population experienced an expand in cholesterol, T2 Diabetes, coronary heart disease, etc… but I digress).

On the rarest of events, the family would dine at KFC, and my very favourite item on the menu used to be their coleslaw. I beloved the feel, the methodology the cabbage and carrots and onion had been all diced into the tiniest of pieces, and the flavour! Oh the sweetness of KFC coleslaw…

For certain it’s been years since I’ve visited a KFC, but now and again, after I power by one and happen to survey it, I comprise in tips that savory coleslaw… Then I seen such a copycat recipes on Pinterest, and decided to veganize it. The result? YUM! Shapely powerful the methodology I comprise in tips it, candy and a limited zingy.

Bee-tee-dubs, this isn’t the first immediate meals fave I’ve veganized… take a look at up on my Crispy Potato Soft Tacos, a’la Taco Bell and my Animated Chick’n Sandwich which is even better than the one at Wendy’s!
