Garlic-Lime Pork with Farro & Spinach

  1. In a miniature bowl bound together lime juice, peanut butter, garlic, honey, 1/4 teaspoon of the salt and 1/4 teaspoon of the pepper. Sprinkle chops with the final 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
