Substances
  • Bulgur Salad

  • 3/4 cup

    Bulgur wheat


  • 2 cups

    Water


  • 1 cup

    Cucumber, peeled and diced


  • 1

    Tomato, finely chopped


  • 1

    Bunch green onions, sliced thin


  • 1/2 cup

    Unusual cilantro, finely chopped


  • 1 teaspoon

    Salt

  • Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons

    Olive oil


  • 2 tablespoons

    Lemon juice


  • 3 tablespoons

    Soy sauce


  • 1 tablespoon

    Ginger paste, or freshly grated ginger


  • 1

    Garlic clove, minced

Directions
  1. Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the bulgur wheat, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain off any excess water after 30 minutes.
  3. Mix bulgur wheat with diversified salad components and mix correctly.
  4. Whisk the dressing components together and pour over the salad.
  5. Mix correctly and refrigerate for now no longer decrease than one hour.
  6. Assist with pita bread.
