This vegan banana bread combines fabulous jujube taste with chestnuts to accept the actual fluffy banana bread every person loves! —Melissa Huang

Substances

  • 300 grams

    mashed ripe bananas


  • 100 grams

    steamed dried jujubes


  • 60 grams

    granulated sugar


  • 190 grams

    non dairy milk


  • 430 grams

    all reason flour


  • 8 grams

    baking powder


  • 1/2 cup

    roasted chestnuts (chopped)

  • pinch of salt

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 levels F. Grease a loaf tin.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, jujubes, sugar and milk. Mix till a homogeneous paste is formed.
  3. In one other bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Then add in the wet combination and mix actual to combine. Make no longer over combine. The fold in the chopped chestnuts.
  4. Pour into your willing loaf tin and bake for 1 hour or till golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out very most real looking. Let chilly sooner than going thru and flipping out of the pan.
