Breaded Pork Chops

  1. In a medium bowl, scoot together eggs, mustard, and memoir and let stand quarter-hour. Meanwhile, pound every pork cut (avoiding bone) between two pieces plastic wrap to a 1/4-bolt thickness.

  2. Spread breadcrumbs on a rimmed baking sheet and season with salt and pepper. Pour egg combination onto one other rimmed baking sheet. In batches, season pork chops with salt and pepper and coat in egg combination. Gently shake to rob away extra, then dredge in breadcrumbs, pressing to adhere. Freeze pork chops (see below).

  3. To abet, warmth broiler. Space a rimmed baking sheet in broiler to warmth. For every frozen cut, mix 1 1/2 teaspoons melted butter and 1 1/2 teaspoons oil; brush on all facets. For every batch of two, living chops on sheet and broil unless all facets are deep golden brown, 10 to fifteen minutes, flipping midway via.

Stack the breaded chops in the freezer, and rob away as many as you wish whenever you’re willing to relish. Any chopped novel herb can even moreover be substituted for the memoir.
