Directions
  1. On medium heat add the olive oil to a medium sized saute pan. Add the onions and saute till refined and cooked by – about 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic and cook dinner for a minute – don’t let it burn!
  2. Add the coriander powder, cumin powder and chipotle powder and saute till the spices are fragrant. Add the minute and cook dinner for 3-5 minutes, till they turn red.
  3. Add the tomatoes and saute for approximately 30 seconds. Add salt and verify for seasoning. Put.
  4. So as to assemble, add a pair of slices of radish on each and every tortilla chip and then place apart a minute along with a a pair of of the onion mixture on top.
