Rarebit Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 2 tsp wholegrain mustard
  • 50g cheddar
  • 1 tsp crème fraîche or cream

Manner

  • STEP 1

    Heat oven to 200C/fan 180C/gas 6. Save aside the chops in a broad, shallow roasting tray and bake for 15 minutes. Mix together the mustard, cheddar and creme fraiche or cream. Unfold over the close of the chops. Return to the oven for 5 minutes till the cheese is melted and effervescent. Attend with some potato wedges and greens.

RECIPE TIPS
MAKE IT WITH FISH

Unfold the topping over fillets of agency white fish
or salmon, then cook within the oven or beneath the
grill till the fish is cooked by and the
cheese melted and effervescent.
