  • 12 oz equipment original cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon floor cinnamon
  • 1 cup orange marmalade or apricot preserves
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 equipment (2 sheets) frozen puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted pecans



  1. To make cranberry chutney reputation cranberries, sugar, cinnamon, orange marmalade/apricot preserves, and lemon juice in a saucepan and carry to a boil.
  2. Lower warmth to medium low and let simmer for 15 minutes. Elevate from warmth and cool.
  3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  4. Beat the egg and water in a minute bowl with a fork.
  5. Unfold the pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface. Lower pastry sheet into 16 squares.
  6. Spoon about 2 teaspoons of goat cheese within the center of every pastry sq..
  7. Top the goat cheese with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry chutney and 1/2 teaspoon of chopped pecans.
  8. Brush two opposite corners of every sq. with the egg mixture, and fold these corners up over the filling. Press firmly to seal.
  9. Brush the stuffed pastries with the egg mixture.
  10. Location the pastries onto a baking sheet, lined with aluminum foil and greased with cooking spray.
  11. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or till the pastries are golden brown.
  12. Wait on warmth and revel in!
